I ordered this product, because it was supposed to be “plus size” however it is it. i am a plus size girl, and this dress does not fit at all. It is a beautiful dress, but if you are looking for something plus size, this is not for you. I am very very disappointed.

As soon as I saw this dress I had to have it..it’s all retro hotness, so I thought it would be perfect for dinner parties and such. It arrived and I’ve worn it only once. The bust portion is WAY big (I’m a 36C and usually have the reverse problem with dresses) and the waist is a little tight (I’m a size 14). This was my first strapless dress, so I felt a little self-concious with the loose bust enough as it was. I think I could deal with it if it came with straps.

1st time customer of PacificPlex, and will certainly not hesitate to order from them again. Ordered early last Friday morning, and had it in my hands (halfway across the country) late Monday morning via regular shipping – WOWZA! The dress fits like a glove (ordered Small, I’m 36-26-34). Was surprised at the high quality of material and how well it was made. Purchased specifically as a “Personal Attendant” dress – didn’t want to be too formal or infringe upon the actual bridesmaids, so the tea-length style of this dress will be perfect. Now if only PacificPlex sold shoes….those I still have to find and purchase to complete this ensemble!

First off, I love the style of this dress and thought that it was very well made for the price and initially the customer service was excellent and I received the dress quickly.
However what I received was not at all what I expected. I order a size large, a size smaller than what was recommended by the measurements, after reading reviews that the dress runs big. When I received it, it fell off of me if I lifted my arms up. I could have sewed on the straps but it would have looked weird with how loose it was. Secondly, the color was WAY off from the picture. I order the Champagne color, expecting the dress to be Champagne in color, a darker ivory tone as the picture showed. There is no way that this dress could EVER be considered Champagne. It is flat out tan (and pretty dark at that). I am fairly sure that the dress color is actually “dark gold” as offered by another seller.
I immediately sent the dress back to exchange for another item since this dress is not available in a color I like (this was going to be my wedding dress). I shipped it priority mail and did not hear anything from Pacific Plex for 9 days at which point they emailed me saying the item I wanted it exchanged for was out of stock. I asked when it might be back in stock and got a reply 2 days later on Friday (1-2 weeks). At this point I just decided to request a refund and emailed them so on Friday morning. Today is Wednesday, 5 days later, and I have not heard anything back and their 800 number has been busy.
This could have all been avoided if the size and color charts were accurate.

This dress is a steal! Amazing shipping time!! I ordered 7 for my bridesmaids on a Friday and got them on Monday. They were all a size too big, so I had to exchange a few but, again, the shipping time was amazing. Shipped them out Tuesday, got them back Friday! The girls are all different body shapes and sizes but it looks perfect on all of them. And the price! The girls all appreciated not having to pay out the nose for a dress they get to wear once. 50$! It doesn’t get any cheaper than that. I would recommend this dress to anyone on a budget, just make sure to order it a size smaller than what the sizing chart says!
